I’m a licensed therapist who loves helping neurodivergent individuals become more connected to themselves, their loved ones, and their communities as they reconnect with their power, voice, and direction in life. I became a therapist because I’m passionate about helping people increase their self-awareness and access the freedom and empowerment that I know is waiting for them!
As your therapist, I’m the cheerleader on the sidelines encouraging you and supporting you as we work together to help you become an advocate for yourself and create your best life! I’ve got a realness to my vibe that involves no bull, a few curse words, and none of that “holier than thou” attitude.
